Crisis Intervention 

 intensive community-based one-to-one services provided to persons who require services to control acute symptoms that place the person at immediate risk of hospitalization, incarceration, or placement in a more restrictive treatment setting. This service includes assessment, behavioral skills training, problem-solving, and reality orientation to help a person identify and manage their symptoms of mental illness, and cope with stressors.

Skills Training and Development

is training provided to an eligible person, the LAR, or primary caregiver on behalf of an eligible adult, child, or youth.
For youth with a mental health diagnosis, we offer counseling in a format best suited to the client. For example, young people who are over-stimulated by groups of other children; who have difficulty in managing themselves in a group environment; and who need time to build a relationship of trust with a counselor, we offer Intensive In-home Counseling in the client’s home. Each session lasts a minimum of three hours, three to five times a week

Psychosocial Rehabilitative

services are social, behavioral, and cognitive interventions provided by members of a person’s therapeutic team that build on strengths and focus on restoring the person’s ability to develop and maintain social relationships, occupational or educational achievement, and other independent living skills that are affected by or the result of a serious mental illness in persons who are 17 years of age and older.
